Mid(-ish)-Year Review of Vision Board

Photo by julie aagaard from Pexels

Returning to my 2019 Vision Board, I noticed that there is not much I have done. Well, that's not accurate. There are aspects that I'm working on already and but there is still plenty of time to be successful with my goals for this year. I still have about three months!

o1. Homemade Meals
Well, I have good intentions, but this still needs a lot of work.

o2. Peace of Heart
As stated in my original entry, this is more about being content and fulfilled with my own life experiences (which there are many!) and being happy for others' and their own. With the Halloween and fall seasons approaching, I am feeling better within myself.

Halloween Bucket List 2019

Hello my beloved damaenites,

The Halloween Season has begun! Though it may seem a bit early, it's never too soon to get started on the festivities. Ghouls and creepies, come and join me as I celebrate the season with some tricks and treats. Last year was not as successful, but this year, the feeling of Halloween and fall are in my soul and I can feel them expanding my desire for change and magic. It's time to bring Halloween to me.

This year will be a little different. I will be celebrating Halloween from the months of September through November. There are just too many things I want to get done during this celebration that I'm going to need more time!

Let us begin.

2019 Vision Board

My vision board's photos are all over the place, but some can be grouped together. One of the main things that I want to add before going into each square is that last November I began following a plan called Krash Course 12-week Transformation and it has altered my life in such a positive way. I still battle myself with workouts, but as far as eating healthy I've been doing quite well. The course has also helped me train my mindset to be more positive and confident with my progress no matter the situation.

(From top left to bottom right)

o1. Homemade Meals
Cooking is not my forte or something I care about doing. However, cooking with natural foods instead of premade meals will help my body and my finances.

o2. Peace of Heart
Originally, this was going to be titled "Self-love" but this is more than that. I want to be able to love myself while also loving others for their successes and strengths. One of my weaknesses is I compare myself against others quite often and am not satisfied with the life I have built because it is not the same as someone else's, which is silly! I've accomplished much in my life that I'm proud of and have even traveled world-wide.

Happy New Year 2019 - January

My theme for 2019 is Human Defined meaning that I have accomplished a lot in terms of education and relationships, but I need to define the person I am in order to achieve my goals in health, finances, and home. Each month I will take on a new challenge in order to build a new habit or change an existing one.

The year 2018 was pretty good; however, I think I could have been more productive. Though I was in graduate school and that took up most of my time. This year I should be done with school so I am planning more things to be productive about this year with other aspects of my life.
